1. No Refunds

All sales of our software services, including licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and setup fees, are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or reversed, except where required by applicable law.

2. Setup Costs

If a setup has been completed and the system is ready for use, setup costs will apply regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the software. Setup costs are non-refundable once the installation or configuration of the system is complete, even if you later decide not to use the Services.

3. Trial Period (if applicable)

If a trial period is offered for our Services, it allows you to evaluate the software before making a purchase. No refunds will be issued once the trial period has ended, and any applicable setup fees and subscription charges have been billed.

4. Subscription Termination

You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period or for setup costs already incurred. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle.
